Does anyone have framerate problems with Fallout 4?

Is anyone experiencing any of the framerate problems that were mentioned in the digital foundry analysis? Ive seen a few gameplay vids on the tube and disnt really notice any major drops, but the supposed stuttering problem has me worried. Debating if I should just wait for a patch before I buy the game.

I've heard many people say that they have the same issue. Maybe it will be patched soon?

No problems here. Some people that have problems with it say that using a external harddrive and installing the game on it will fix it. Altough my is just installed on the intern harddrive.

Ya gotta keep in mind that DF does what it does with software. Not talking about this game in particular but there are plenty of framerate drops that they report that users will never notice.
