Does the 360 version of gta4 freeze?

Now by no means is this a fix its really just to point out how serious this is can become with some ps3 and 360 users.

My copy of the game arrived on Wednesday. I played it for a little bit, no problem.

Thursday I played a bit more, and it froze once. This was before I was aware there was an issue out there.

Friday I tried to play it. It would freeze within five minutes of playing, each time. After a few tries,and more freeze-ups, I decided to give up and play Burnout Paradise instead.

I certainly hope they figure out this issue.... and soon!
