Doesn't the Elite come with Play And Charge Kit? (VIdeo Inside)

I was "youtubing" and came across this unboxing video where it shows this dude who never mentions the play and charge kit.

Kind of off topic but do elites still come with the stuff to transfer data from one HDD to another? The_Dark_Jester
