Its for downloading tv shows.
Oh btw I have a question, can you burn tv shows using your 360 onto a blank dvd? You know so you've got back ups and so you can then remove the stuff off the hard drive? (thus being able to watch shows and yet still on a small hd)
I don't have an Xbox 360 yet, since I am waiting on a rebate for my new HDtv I bought. I am glad I waited since I can benefit from the HDMI port and the price drop. My question is, why would you need so much HD space? I only plan on gaming and checking out game/movie/whatever previews and MAYBE watching a movie or two if I even need to. Col_Kilgore
the 20 gig HD is more than sufficient. I have a ton of music, about 5-10 XB demors, 30 XBLA arcade games, even a few TV shows on my drive and I still have 7 gigs of free space. I can't imagine why anyone would need 120 gigs.
Also, you can plug in a USB drive into the Xbox360. If you have a movie on a .wmv format, you can put the movie on a USB drive, plug it into the Xbox360, and watch it on your TV screen.
Xbox rules. That is all.
btw.. I now have the Elite, so I have 113 gigs of free space.
