Fable 2: Help with Hero's guild chest, theres nothing there!!

Okay so I bought the special eddition of fable and this is so gay the special armor (the halo stuff) wasnt in the chest and then I went to fable2.com and played that stupid "hero's tale" game and got all the prizes and when i go to the chest theres nothing in it not even the master chief crap! And im also wondering, whenu play the heros tale it says it sends it to your X box, How does it even know were to send it!? I have my laptop directly connected to the X box but like wtf! Your help is soooo apriciated!
