fallout 3 educated perk

so i got the educated perk right when it was available and im now lvl 19 and im still only getting 19 points. Is there a glitch on this perk because the same exact thing is happening to my friend or is it just a coincidence that both our games are ****ed up

an extra 3 points for every lvl after i get the perk

im getting 19 points as well. did you consider thinking that you are given 16 points without it?

aparently its availiable when you reach lvl 4, so if my math is correct an extra 48 is achievable with the lvl20 cap. then if you expand it to lvl30 via the other expansions that would put another 30 onto it.

its not a glitch, its got to do with how high your intelligence is in your SPECIAL stats. Im pretty sure that you get 10 points plus whatever your intelligence is, so im guessing that you have 6 for that stat meaning that you get 16 points plus the 3 point perk making 19. Im fairly certain thats how it works.
