well i decided to fix the bomb and then the guy gave me a house so i was juts wondering if it's safe to put my items in the containers in my house without someone stealing them or the containers resetting?

Yep should be. I went with the tower and never had any missing stuff (I used most of the storage spaces and even just left some stuff scattered around outside).

how was going with the tower? was it worth getting rid of some quest lines?
