ok, how do i get the power of atom quest, the one where u have to disarm the bomb in megaton, if lucas is dead? i didnt kill him tho.

You should be able to walk up to the bomb, disarm it and get the reward from his son. Sometimes his son is in his house during the day (don't break in if the writing for the door is red obviously). Check out the Fallout wiki. it is great for help!
