Incredibly dumb thing to say, and they do have a screening process, but since he is of age he is allowed to buy them, and movies can be just as affective if they are in the hands of crazy people. A screening process like that doesn't even make sense anyway because its not like he used his 360 to kill someon he just did it because he snapped.

WOW...that is what drugs will do to you, I can't believe that he ran after the fact then saying the mom did it, but then again she was asleep, from drugs maybe. Child services didn't even notice a broken arm weeks before the incident, amazing. I hope his fellow inmates find out what he is in for, then deal with him. I happen to have 2 kids a girl 15 & a boy 6. I do love my X-box & gaming, however my children are more important to me then any game console. I just don't get it, this is why you should need a liscense to reproduce. Some people don't have any right having kids.

This is why I hate the welfare system here in the US... we get lazy bums like this that are to lazy to work and have kids just to get more welfare each month... everyone on welfare can get a job... they just refuse to... if you are disabled it is not welfare, but disability benifits from your social security... the bums on welfare just get money from the government because they had 6 kids before they were 15 years old... it is bums like this that are destroying my country... not a war or the president... these bums...Squeets
