I don't have that many games, but my favorite would have to be "Up Close and Personal" in Halo 3. It's kind of a family joke, before there was a melee button in FPS's I would break out my pistol and headshot my cousins, as I just ran up to him, and usually say "up close and personal.... biz nitch".

I cannot believe no one mentioned either of these yet:

-The Beast With Two Fronts in Army of Two for back-to-back kills. This is a take on the term "beast with two backs" for sex.

-TestiKill in Stranglehold for killing someone with a crotch shot in muliplayer.
