Even though 360 last longest... PS3 can hold a charge longer IMO... I left my 360 controller alone for 3 days when I went on vactation fully charged and when I returned it was dead... I didn't even have my PS3 hooked up for 2 weeks one time and when I plugged it in and turned it on... the controller was still fully charged...
I also like the PS3 charge more... simple built-in battery and USB recharge which is included with the console... no $29.99 kit to charge like 360...

i dont know what they were using for batteries but i know my ps3 controller last alot longer than my 360 controller. my ps3 will last about 3 days of playing 4 hours, where my 360 only lasts about 2
