Oh man that thing sucks... not even when it worked it was cool. It looks cool but the strum bar (or whatever its called) just feels awkward and it has a higher failure rate than early 360s in my opinion. Is there any modification available that would let me get the strum bar from the Les paul or the explorer in the crapocaster.

Yeah I really dont like that guitar but it looks good. The Les Paul and Xplrorer is much better.
It might be possible to replace the strum bar on the Stratocaster with the one from the X-Plorer. I've never seen anything like it. However, I have seen mods for making the strum bar an actual string so if you want, check that out. I don't think anyone has actually switched the two though. Maybe few people.
its because the guitar hero guitars were engineered knowing that people were gonna be playing a game with it. when they made the strats they just wanted one that looked as close to the real guitar as possible.
