I really liek the fact that it looks like its going to be a very wide open game this time (from the shots anyway), istead of small areas that you cant travel very far it. Cant wait, loved fable, one of my favorite games.
am i mistaken or does it look like the character has both a sword and a rifle on his back? are their gonna be guns in Fable 2?broqz
Yeah, in the announcment trailer it looks like they fast forwarded a few eras, I imagine they'll only replace bows though, I found them usless most of the time anyways, lol.
Im really hopeing they make the environments look better... That flat repeated texture grass looks like las gen.... I have a feeling this game has a long development time just like the last one.... Dog game mechanic sounds like it could be fun.
I never played fable so my ? is it like Zelda? In some areas or not at all? That is the only thing I am missing on this system is a Zelda style game. I have Kameo but I dont consider it a good alternative.
I bet half the textures in there are place holders from the first one. Looks like things are coming along though. Work hard but take all the time needed to do it right.
Its very stupid to show so much off your game while its still this earley fase. Molyneux have to work harder. skatefreak89
"Early Phase" you mean? It's just a beta. Everyone shows off beta screenshots, who cares. If little kids complain about the graphics online I doubt Molyneux doesn't give a crap.

"I doubt Molyneux gives a crap," you mean? looks good so far, alot better than most games do in a completed stage (ie bullet witch, lmao). yeah, might not be as magical and new-gen looking as you want it to now, but at least they're not keeping it in the dark.
Enviroment looks bad. Really bad. The dog is nice though. I hope that this game will be a lot better than original fable.

Well since you are one of the 2% of the population who thought the first Fable wasn't awesome, I would assume you also won't like this one, which is a shame on your part
They're totally going to patch up those graphics. I can tell right now that they have a ton of potential, but right now they are just in the very earliest stages.
This is a build of the game. Anyone who knows anything about games knows you get the game working before you make it pretty (unless you work at EA) Its almost guaranteed nothing in those screens are actually going to be looking like that in game
