I shipped mine out the 7th of this month, and it's just now Mc Allen, TX. I was wondering, is this where the repair center is? I know the address was on the shipping box, but I can't remember. It's been chillin in texas for a few days. It went from, Ft. Worth, to Austin, to San Antonio, and is now in Mc Allen. How long do you think I have til its back in my hands? The site says the 13th, but from you guys' experience, how true is the tracking site? Thanks.

This is how it works: When your 360 gets to McAllan or whatever, your 360 is no longer tracked. It could be in your state by now and you would never know. It should only take 3-7 days to get back to you. Stop going to UPS.com to track it because it will say it is in Mcallan forever.

Both of mine went to McAllen Tx and I'm from Mississippi. It took about a week to recieve another xbox. (They'll probably send you a refurb). Call microsoft support and asked them for the new tracking number. UPS is pretty good and they have always delivered on the dates they posted for me.

I haven't even got the box to ship it in, i'm getting annoyed at MS already. Hasn't been a week but seeing as how many problems these 360's have they still don't do anything about it. I'm losing a couple weeks to three weeks worth of xbox live subscription just cause of there faulty units. I'm dying to play Forza.
