okay so this is the third time this year that mines broke, the other two times they have sent me a box with the required stickers and everything. this time however, they are saying that they`ll e-mail me the pre-paid sticker and i need to get MY OWN box.
that whole thing seems kinda sketch to me because i dont have the proper styrofoam protection for it. so can anyone confirm that they are doing it like this now?
