depends on what you like. Forza = simulation with real car handling/physics etc. 1000's of customization options and your tuning actually means something when you get online.

pro street = very watered down version of forza with arcade feel

Forza 2 is a much better game, if your in the UK you can get it on play.com for £17.99. Well worth it.

i hate to be negative but i'm gonna have to say neither... Forza 2 missed the whole point of racing games "FUN" and NFS ProStreet flat out sucks. have u played the demo ?? i love NFS and all of its games and i was really excited for Pro Street too but i played the game and it sucked horribly.

Well, I agree with you partially. Forza 2 gives people who love cars exactly what they want: A tight, realistic handling, nut and bolt tuning paradise, built on exact (for the most part) manufacturer specs. Sure that might alienate the casual gamer, but you can't be everything to everyone, so it leans more towards the hardcore. As for ProStreet, yes, that game sucks! It suffers from an identity crisis. The controls are a mishmash of sim and arcade which it pulls neither off particularlly well.

My opinion: Forza 2. But if you want a game that's sorta sim/arcade and fun check out PGR4, if you don't already own it.

Forza 2 is fun for those who enjoy that type of game like myself. I'm a racing sim nut, look at my collection. I still enjoy games like NFS too; I have purchased every NFS since the first "Road and Track Presents: The Need for Speed" on PC except the rally versions.
