The DIRT demo looks SICK compared to Forza.  I mean, Forza looks like a joke, right?  How is Forza an improvement over PGR3?  So you get penalized for bumping people, hmmm, still no real difference.  I wasn't impressed.

Buggy racing is nice, but hill climb, rally, crossover -- and more?  It's gonna be as good as RalliSport 2, I think, but with more players, better graphics, and more races.  The next 21 days until its release are going to seem like a year.

WOW if you think forza is even at all about graphics you do not get SIM racing at all. Dirt is pretty looking but its the worse handling rally game EVER. Its so horribly bad. Forza is probley the best handling racer ever and is the deepest racer ever. IF you think dirt is better you can go and get a hard on from its graphics and leave me alone.

Crikey you think Dirt will handle like that, all Colin McRae games set on medium to easy are designed for arcaders, but set on Hard it's pure Rally Sim, and paired with a wheel is awesome.  Dirt is a Europe seller, Forza a US seller.

That poll seems very odd. I don't fit into any of those since:

A.) I have a job and can afford both

B.) Don't live with my parents or use any of their money

I will be buying both games.

I'll be picking up my copy today. Love Forza for its deep customization. First one was worth every penny.  So yeah Forza may not have the best graphics ever but its better the PGR3 and TDU, so that is good enough for my. DiRT looks better but not by much and it's only running 30fps.  At first I didn't really care to much about the 60fps thing until I started playing the Forza 2 demo and then I when black to PGR3 and I could see that 60fps was way better. DiRT better graphic isn't going to make it have more replay value like Forza 2 does with depth.  PLUS NO OTHER GAME HAVE A PAINT SYSTEM AS DEEP AS FORZA 2'S, COULD SEE MYSELF SPENDING HUNDREDS OF HOURS ON IT ALONE.

For anyone who's offended by my poll choices, please relax, it's a joke.

I respect anyone who gets both, and it's also like an in-your-face response if you pick the last option.

I was totally convinced that I was getting both, but it's become a one or the other thing with me now.  I was just wondering if anyone else was going to choose between the two.

The two games are pretty different in terms of their approach...Forza is definitely a Sim....and Dirt is more of an easy to pick up and play Arcade style game.  I did like the physics on the buggys in Dirt...looked a lot like Motorstorm...very impressive visuals.

Personally...Forza 2 is going to get my money just because I like tarmac racers more than rally type games.

Oh...and there is nothing like building a 900hp Skyline and putting it right into traffic going the wrong way.

I'd probably go for Forza if I were to get one. I think Forza, y'know, gets me. I mean, I'd have a lot of fun with Dirt, but I don't think that it'd give me the stability I need, not like Forza would. No, I'd get Forza.

DiRT! DiRT has great visuals and amazing handling it has very intense dirt roads and seeing the dirt flying all over the place is great not to mention a better damage effect than Forza 2.  They are both great games but I had more fun with the Dirt demo.
