EDIT: A lot of funny gamer tags have been said so I can't really think of any that I've seen, but back in the days of Halo 2 when me and my mates organised LANs we used to make ridiculous names for our spartans. Best one ever though was my when mate called himself 'a massive orgasm'. It was funny seeing "A massive orgasm killed [insert name[" but the best scenario was "[insert name] was splattered by a massive orgasm".
