well, i'm sure you're not trying to bash americans, but anyone that reads that would think less of americans because you're saying that americans like to talk trash.  that may be true, but as an american that doesn't talk trash, i kinda take offense to that.  stupidity is equally distributed across all countries... there are more people from america playing live than any other country so of course it seems like most of these trash talkers are american... because they are, but that's not a fair generalization, imo

I was playing COD3 with couple of french speaking guys on the server and found it very entertaining when they started cussing in english... your mother this and that, f this/that... I'm not sure if they really knew what they were saying (in broken english) but everyone got a chuckle out of it

While owning n00bs in GeOW, I kept saying: "Die you filthy neo-conservative"  and one guy claimed he was coming to my house to fight me.

No, you are bending words there a bit my friend, I said the Americans that do trash talk tend to take it a little further, I didnt say that all Americans like to trash talk, you are lying.

It really isnt a hard concept to grasp, I siad that the Americans  which do trash talk seem to take it further than most other nationalitys, and they do, I dont see why you would take offense to that. End of argument, if you have a problem with me PM, I am not sitting here arguing with someone who likes to put words into my mouth and take things out of proportion, which you are doing, again, you really dont have anything to be offended by and I dont want to agrue with you.

The kid got pissed because he was getting beat bad at Gears and shouting host every 5 seconds to a guy that wasnt even host, the guy he was getting angry at was English, therefore he said "I want to nuke England". I tell ya, the funniest stuff I have heard has been from Americans, it just doesnt get mush better.

On the other hand, quite a few of the Americans I've played with have been very intelligent, nice people, but I won't deny that there are some absolute jackasses out there.

I am american. But i have noticed that Americans do trash talk the most(i cant get yelled at by americans for saying that because i am american). Because when was the last time you were trashed talked and i mean really trash talked by someone from england, ireland, or where ever else? Now when was the last time you were trash talked by an American? It could be that more americans play xbox live. But from my experience i have only had one non american yell at me it was a spanish man. I believe he was angry but i couldnt understand him.

 I dunno... I got it from a pretty pissed off Canadian two nights ago.  He basically blamed me for the entire war in Iraq.  I just kept telling him I couldn't hear him over the sound of his mom sucking my dick.

Well, I think it is worse when people talk to other people with their mic on. Or when they talk on the phone. Turn off your damn mic!

Other than that, trash talkers are bad. One day I was playing Madden. I was either the Colts or the Giants. He was the Bears. I fell behind and the game was going his way. I couldnt convert third downs and I was struggling. He never scored on offense, but I threw a pick that he returned and he returned a punt. He started telling me that I suck. He said that I was a loser and wasnt any good. He got a phone call and told the other guy that he was kicking my ass in Madden.He never did anything on offense, he just had some lucky plays.

I force a punt and score quickly. I get an interception or turn over and I score quickly. I get the ball back at the half and score again. He punts or turns it over every time. He gets mad and complains. I had a mic but I never said anything. The game was nearly over and he quit. I was down by 14-20 points and I stayed and took over the game. He had some lucky plays and was a real **** about it. I finally turned on my mic and told him he was a baby and a quitter. The game didnt matter at all, I finished it up with the computer and reported him.

People like that shouldnt play games...or use a mic.
