[QUOTE="orb_03_2006"]Oblivion. it was so BORING!bibb11
I agree 100%. I tried a bunch of times to play it but i just couldnt get into it

I'm extremely surprised lol, I couldn't get enough of it, I think I've got about 200+ hours logged into it, one of my all-time favorites. I suppose the game that I really WANTED to like but it was just to bad was F.E.A.R. I loved the storyline, but the graphics were so horrid that I couldn't sit down and play it again once I beat the campaign.

[QUOTE="nakasa5"]

Bioshock. The story seemed pretty good, but I really didn't enjoy the gameplay. While I usually like FPS games, there was something about the level design that turned me off (maybe too linear?). Also, it felt repetitive after a while. I found myself playing to finish it, instead of enjoying it. I also don't like it when games use vending machines to buy power ups.

And yes, I know I am in the extreme minority in this opinion.

That's exactly how I felt about Bioshock, I enjoyed the story, but the game itself just bored me and felt so generic, so linear. When I finished it I was glad to be rid of it, though the story was very good.

Too true, the story was great, the graphics were gorgeous (to me), but after awhile I felt like it didn't need any real skill considering you could literally beat the living sh*t out of anything with a wrench without worrying about death because you'd respawn with no adverse effects...
