I bought Saints Row at Gamestop yesterday and it has a circular scratch on it, the recite states that I am allowed to exchange a used item within 7 days. I've heard so many bad stories about Gamestop that I just don't know what to expect, do they have any grounds to deny me? (I live in Minnesota) Thanks, FREERF
You can exchange it within 30 days for any defects and that is one, if they give you problems then ask for the CS number and you could also give them hell on the survey on the bottom of the receipt the higher ups outside the store see the survey.Can't say how I know, I just do.
I live in Minnesota too and the exact same thing happened to me except with Oblivion. I brought it back with a reciept and told them it was scratched and not working and they exchanged it for another one. Simple as that.
At the gamestop I go to, if you're exchanging a game for the exact same one, they'll just take your disc and give you another one without even ringing you up. It's no hassle and takes like less than 30 seconds.
I recently returned Haze (for the PS3) within 6 days, simply because I didn't like it and they easily gave me my full money I paid back. P.S. I also have an Xbox 360, otherwise I wouldn't be posting in these forums.
