Gamestop will Be checking all I.D.'s for GTA4

so do i understand you correctly in saying that people under 17 can't get the game from gamestop with a parent. if that is true that is probably illegal and could also be easily avoided. it's a game and people that imitate what they play on a game are already messed up in the head BEFORE they play the game. it just gives them ideas of how to commit crimes. kinda like when the highway sniping started, people saw it on the news once and look at how many times it happened after it was put on tv. half of americans play video games, so of course a lot of murderers will say i played the ps2 version of GTA3 or Halo. this whole game issue has gotten so out of hand due to people like Thomson, Hillary Clinton, and many many others.luigismansion101

It's not illegal, it's a private buisness, they can completely refuse you service if they want to.

I'm 16, I live in the UK... they ask all the time, I just buy online...

But yeah, i remember ALWAYS being able to buy rated M games.. Up until last year i was carded when i purchased my xbox 360.. Luckily it was for my 17th birthday.. But yeah, that was the first time i ever got carded, i didnt even know they could do that.. Now everytime i purchase any game im always carded, even tho im 18.. I feel bad for these kids that get carded now, people should be able to purchase whatever they want.. If the kids could earn the money to buy the game, i think their mature enough to play it too.
