Gears 1 still worth it?

Bestbuy (at least here in Canada) has the first Gears of War on for $20 for boxing day. Is it still worth it to get the first one with Gears 2 out? Is there much of an online community left?

Yes its fun, campaign is good but not nearly as good as gears of war 2. But i dont think too many people still play it online. I do rarely when i get really bored of everything else.

That's a steal regardless of online or not. The game is really short, but it's more Gears to cure the itch. Plus, it's GEARS OF FRICKIN' WAR, you kinda have to own it if you have a 360 :PStevenHawking
