gears of war 1 overrated?

Absolutely not. Gears 1 was the best game on the 360 until Halo 3 came out nearly a year later, and is still a great game. And for that matter, Gears 2 isn't over-rated either:)

No, I don't find it overrated at all. Gears of War is arguably the most influential game of this current console generation, it's already spawned dozens of clones and wannabes.UT_Wrestler

I have 1 & 2 I really don't care if the are overrated because I bought my 360 Elite just to play them and I love them great games both of them. I don't do the on-line play so that's not a factor for me.
