1.Fix it- Duh. Gnashers need work, as do grenades, meatbags, chainsaws, and lag.

2. Better Maps- I haven't yet played all of them, but the retail maps were horribly created.There was often only oneway through an area, and with cheap tags and saw kills it would be impossible to end a round or it would drag.

3. 6v6- Only if the lag is fixed of course, but 5v5 to 6v6 is the sweet spot in most games IMO and I'd love to kill more COGS/Locust.

4. Horde- I would like to see 6 players in a horde match, more customization in the mode, more enemies/variation, and a faster pace. Having to search constantly for the last guy and then wait through the round report killed this mode for me.

7. 4 player co-op-I get that EPIC wanted to preserve their story GoW2, but this time they should provide the 4 player option and write the story around that.

8. Explanations- I loved the insanity and twists of GoW2, but it didn't explain what was happening at all. I forgave it due to being the middle act, but a 3rd Gears Must give answers.

9. Assassinations- So I wouldn't have to worry about an inconsistent shotgun, being able to sneak up behind someone and stab with a knife silently would be nice. Imagine what Halo: Reach is doing and apply a similar concept. (Note: I wanted this in Gears long before I did in Halo)

10. Theater- The battle cam and photos were a good step, but full on recordings of MP matches would be great for capturing your best moments. (Photos only worked in the afterlife, which was pointless to me.)

11. Better graphics/ lighting- GoW 1 looked great, as did GoW 2, but the latter was too colorful and their lighting showed the details well, but didn't feel like real light. Gore needs to be disturbing again, and there needs to be more dynamic lights/shadows.

12. Open environments- I enjoy the thrillrides of the scripted scenes, but more open environments would allow for more combat options and exploration.

13. 3 Year Dev Cycle and Beta- EPICs like Gears of War require a lot of development time, and this game needs to be truly special, so they need to take their time on this and perform a public beta to get people interested in Gears again.

14. Customization- Emblems, colors, and alterations to the characters would go a long way to giving the game life, but UE3 is known for its Natal support, so why couldn't we scan our faces onto the COG? Can't get more unique than that. While we're at it, why not allow us to tag our own taunts to our executions, so people can hear me say, "Suck a pp" instead of Marcus saying "Eat S*** and Die!" for the millionth time?

15. Berserkers- Nuff Said.

my wishlist is a multilayer beta 10 months before the game is released... then I want them to release a second multilayer beta 4 months before its released, if they still can't get it right, then delay the game... I WANT ZERO GLITCHES!!! Oh yeah and I would also like to see host advantage be entirely removed (maybe multiple hosts like the bungie matchmaking) or just use dedicated servers

Better graphics? Isn't Gears 2 already one of the best-looking games on the 360?

I don't think you'd even want to play as a boomer in competitive multiplayer when you consider the fact that they are very slow and can't hide behind cover; you'd be killed instantly.

Everything to do with the story. Story, character depth and delivery has to be improved. They tried in GoW2. Right idea, poor execution.

Less predictability in the level design. One thing that was really annoying and wrecked the suspense was that you would be moving through a level and see a maze of low walls/cement dividers which gave you a heads up that a locust firefight was coming up. Have firefights happen in less conspicuous areas.

Re use the light gameplay mechanic from the first involving the Kryll. You know the one where you had to push the burnt out car, how about expanding on this idea. Have it that the gas tank runs out of flame once its exploded after a while and you have to fetch one from the side of the roadand chuck it in the car to protect yourself from the kryll, but you still have locusts about requiring you to keep using the car as cover as you progress while taking them out. Add in slopes where you struggle to keep up with the carand a hill were you have to search out a gas tank but the car rolls back down when you stop pushing it, requiring you to move very quickly to get the tank while not losing too much ground.

How about a proper retreat section. Pretty much every game has you walking through it as an unstoppable army, why not have a section where you have to retreat to survive. Not a run full speed to get away type level but one constantly requiring you to find cover, lay supression fire to slow you pursuers and then getting some distance then repeat. If you don't they catch up and overwhelm you.

Kill off one/some of the main characters, not some faceless rookie. When it comes down to it this should happen to Dom, Cole or the other guy, not Marcus. Personally I say Cole should be it. I don't like Cole the most. (Whiney Dom is a close second)They could do a whole flip the bird type moment to Killzone over the Rico character when doing it. Cole and Rico both suck!!

That seems like it's going to be an ongoing joke of the series; another Carmine joins delta and dies in each new installment. First Anthony (A. Carmine), then Benjamin (B. Carmine). Now I'll bet you a million bucks that Gears 3 will have another Carmine brother whose name starts with a C and has 3 syllables; I'm thinking probably Christopher. You can quote me on that haha.

Yea the next carmine brother is named Clay btw, dont believe me? Well you should because in the cog tag you grab shortly after Ben Carmine's death its a letter from him to his brother Clay

Yeah I figured it would start with a C. Although if you're correct, it surprises me that it's just one syllable, since that inconsistent with the three syllable names like Anthony and Benjamin.

Better story telling!! lol i love the novels bc they fill the gaps left by the game. Make another carmine die! MM more HORDE Someone said that there was going to be a main character death on the 3rd game (heard it on the 360 foums as a rumor) if so here is my analisys> Marcus> cant die, he is like MC, so unless they are planning to end gears on game 3... Dom> I dont think he would die, but if he did it would be a great loss for delta, and would give EPIC the perfect excuse to make marcus even quieter. Baird> I dont think it would matter thaaaat much, maybe they all would care for a lil, except maybe cole Cole Train> Now that would hurt fans and delta alike, according to the novels and to what we see on game, Cole is one of the main things holding delta together with his humor and good mood. Lol at the Locust queen monologe by cole on the 2nd game

I doubt you'll be seeing any of the 4 main characters dying. I also don't see Anya dying as she is the romantic interest of Marcus. However, it's entirely possible that someone like Colonel Hoffman or Dizzy could die; and we already know that there will be a C. Carmine and that he will die a gloriously hilarious death.
