Probably...many people (like myself) dont think Gears was THAT fantastic. It was great, I will admit, but alot of my friends thought it was garbage and ended up selling it or something of that order.
Oh hellz to the yeah. I beleive from what I've seen and what I know about bungie that Halo 3 is going to polverise Gears. Only the hardcore Gears fanboys are going to be left after Halo get here.
Gears is great but H3 will become the new game to play. The reason is simple. Matchmaking in H3 is the greatest thing to happen to console online gaming. Gears should have copied H2 but instead they have a matchmaking system that is terrible.
