i just got off gears online recently cause i was playing against 4 german guys that managed stop the game with that black message box saying theres connection issues....well they where heading over to the cog side ( the side i was on ) when the game first started and my team and I couldnt move because of the connection issue message but the german guys (which where on locust ) managed to go over to our spawn point and kill all of us while we couldnt move....there where also other crazy things going where our guns didnt show up and we could walk out of a map while that connection issue message came up
Wow that's pretty weird. I had a few experiences where the host would lag and I wouldn't have my gun in hand so I was walking around holding nothing for a min. Then I would get my gun by switching it back and forth. This game has alot of glitches but when you get into a good game, you just don't want it to end. Lol
Dude, when u said zomg, zee germans, i almost pissed my pants laughing. I pretend to be Spanish on xbox live. Save i dont mod or glitch on gears. Wow, that was funny.
i thought it was illegal to play ze violent games in germany...i dunno mayeb they think it will give rise to some kind of facist dictator that will try to conquer the world...

Chances are.. if the host is located in germany.. and the players where in the same vincity.. chances are, the players and along with the host (a given) will have excellent pings... leaving someone who isn't in the vincity to a horrible, laggy death ie -- YOU.
no hackers or glitchers.. just a matter of location and ping

yeah he is right , but standby only happens when the host have very bad upload speed thats only enough for people near him.
