I have a cousin in California who got his hands on halo 3 limited edition early from GetHalo3Now.com How the hell can a store be selling them this early? Can't they be sued? And how can they be selling them for so cheap?
Anyways, I made a prepaid visa account with 40 dollars in it just in case it was a scam and bought it today and just right now I got the UPS tracking info.
I'm uploading the screens and pics from my cousins halo 3 and I ill be uploading some vids of when I open my package, it should be here Tuesday.
All I can say is that im **** excited and im wondering if I would get banned if I try to go online with it. My cousin said to not even try it but I'm just curious if ill get banned or sued or something.
The OP is correct it is very possible to obtain almost any game before release date (even Halo 3), I've been doing it for years. I am not getting my copy until the 25th though. My advice is in terms of going online is this: there will be more than you think playing online early so it is okay to do it and not get banned. You'll see what I mean the day before the game comes out:) However, if you are getting your game really early then I recommend not going online until 2 days before release date, besides there won't be a ton on anyway so it will be more fun to wait till the 25th to go online. Simply play the campaign and wait until the 23rd or 24th to play online.
I'm skeptical about your story since you have a new account with 1 post and it seems unlikely that you would get Halo 3 early. You know if you added pics for all of this then maybe people would believe you, including me.
