getting 360 soon...only able to get 3 games. which 3 games should I get?

I would get Gears of War, Splinter Cell Double Agent(it wasnt crap), and possibly GRAW 2

R6V, Call of Duty 3, Shadowrun.

That should keep you entertained for a couple years.

Those would be your best bets. Definitely Oblivion and Gears, and the last one is up to you. Forza is a good choice, though. ;) 

Gears of War, Oblivion and Call of Duty 2 is ALWAYS a must needed game, even though the third one is out.

I think the best choices for the first 3 would be something like...

Gears of War

Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion (You dont need to have played the others in the series. Its a totally seperate story.)

And the third should be something that particularly interests you. For me it was Dead Rising, which I love. Its great if your into zombie movies and stuff. Splinter Cell Double Agent is NOT crap, its great. The only complaint you may have with it, is that its just more of the same kind of thing you've already seen in the earlier games. And if you want some action over X-Box live, Shadowrun pretty much whoops everything else multiplayer wise.

well if you have abiox live you have to get saints row (my fav multiplayer)

You should definately get Gears, Crackdown and Double agent.

i say Gears Of War for definite, Forza Motorsport 2 if you're even remotely interested in racing games, and maybe crackdown if you like open world games - that or RS Vegas probably.
