Glad I helped?
Anyway, next time, mute the little idiots, I don't it's fair that you got reported, but it's kind of your own fault for not muting them.
Remember it!
Ok, me and my friends play gears every so often, and sometimes these kids come in, they think they are cooler and try to hit on my friends wife, I was being a good friend and I defended her by chasing the kid out (kicking then doesn't work, they just come back), and I got reported, do you think that is fair, cause if I get reported again, then I might actually end up being banned from xbox live, by any chance do you get an appeal?mackey12345
there is no appea; decesions are final, you should really just mind your own business im sure a fully grown women can take care of herself and there was probably no reason for you to step in

Wow you have great solution... i guess if i see a woman about to be shot or something i will just watch... I mean the fact i also have a gun and could stop the attacker shouldn't even come into play should it? That may be a drastic example, but honestly... It is his friends wife... plus even if it wasn't... doing nothing is a horrible solution. I probably could give an example on so many situations even without woman, but i won't.
The best thing to do was either mute... leave the match youselfs (after kicking them) and then join a new match with different settings or something so they may not see it... All i can say is atleast you did something and didn't just sit there and hear what they were saying like some people may have...
I cuss and yell at little kids. If they report me, who gives a crap. I have not got banned yet and I am only 60 avoid. I know they have reported me. My quesion is whether Microsoft cares...MegaTyX
There is a difference between avoiding someone and reporting them. Advoiding someone should give you a smaller chance to join the same game in a Halo style matchmaking service (Gears of War would probably not be effected).
Reporting someone would be like for Hacking, Modding, etc. Those are the types of things that will get you banned.
I have been avoiding people lately (team killers) in CoD4 with just the hope that i will stop being matched with them in games. Now i won't avoid people that kill someone on accident or just once you twice, but those people who spawn teamkill or shoot you with a sniper with no enemies in sight (any gun really) i will avoid. I could care less if it has no impact, it just feels like i am doing something.

The point is you should acknowledge that women can handle themselves, and they don't need men to be protected. It's good to help people, but it also is important for them to deal with the situation how they want to deal with it.
