Hard to say, GRAW 2 has more maps and online play mods but the controls really need help, R6V has better controls and gameplay but overall it lack the graphics and sound of GRAW 2, It really is up to you to make your own mind about the game.
They're both very different and very fantastic. Like someone else said, Vegas has a better cover system. Also, Vegas's controls are easier to get used to and aren't as complicated as GRAW2's. But, GRAW2 looks much better (especially when it comes to muliplayer), and GRAW2's single player campaign is more interesting.
Hard to choose. I really love both, but it depends on what you like better. if you like 1st person then vegas is for you. if you like the over the shoulder view get graw 2. Both are amazingly good, I think I like graw 2 a bit better.
