GRAW $22 worth getting???

I want to know if its worth getting GRAW for $22 dollars? 

I want your opinion cause im thinking about getting the achievements and have some fun playing the campaign mode in normal and hard, not thinking so much about the online i played the demo of GRAW2 online and i dont like, i prefer much more the Rainbow Six Vegas online mode 8) 

BTW i love vegas!

BTW, don't judge the game by the demo, I hated RSV's MP demo but I love the full games MP.
