graw2 not recognizing my downloaded content

 i got graw2 and it wont regonize the map i downloaded or the update that i downloaded when i first got online.  anyone know what i could do?

its the downloaded map from ubisoft thats the problem and he cant downloaded it again because his redemable points have already been used
