Does anyone know if the "working" guitars are the ones that come with the bundle or are they only the ones that you can buy separately? shadowblade189

 Right now with the facts id have to say that some of the "bundles" are coming with bad guitars (ei whammy bar not working well or at all). I'm not sure if the guitars sold seperatly have the same issue, but my guess would be yes, as said in the link provided above, the "bad" guitars have a peddle jack(looks like a phone jack) in a different spot then the "good" ones, and without opening the packaging on the "guitar only"  packages we wont know wich you are getting.

The whammy bar is okay... It still works... but at times seems unresponsive, or requires way too much energy to hit it then it should.

I hope they do a recall soon...  

hmm..i was gonna get this game tomorrow...i'll see if i can check out the guitar.

Lol, this is interesting. I definitely have the bad one. My whammy bar doesn't work at all. I was confused at first whether it was working or not, but then I went over to a friend's house who also has the game, and his definitely worked. You get a ripple effect on screen during long notes when it works. I had never seen the ripple effect prior to playing on my friend's guitar. So yes, I'm taking mine back to Best-Buy.djord02

i have a "bad" one...only thing is it works perfectly well.  anybody else NOT having a problem with the bad guitar controller?

PS: i just finished playing the damn game for about 7 hours straight.  seems strudy to me. 

Yea i have one of the bad ones, the whammy bar works some times...and other times it doesnt work at all...very frusterating. I was going to take it back regardless but if they recall it all the better.Oni_Ookami

Ditto,no way did i just pay 65 quid for a guitar that isn't in 100% working order,this is annyoing :evil:
