Whenever i hold the guitar hero guitar my wrist kills me. After playing for thirty min, i wont be able to play for about a week because my wrist is sore. How do you hold the controller where it wont hurt? my hands are small, my plam is big and my fingers are little. HELP please!

Play/use your fret wrist as you were playing a real guitar. If that doesn't help, you have extremely weak wrists.

Stop playing. Its not worth risking a lifetime of injury for a game. I used to be like that but Ive gotten used to it but I dont notice it at all anymore, if it's even there.

Use the strap to your advantage, look for the height where you are most comfortable with. Then angle the guitar where you don't have to twist your wrist much. I never played a real guitar, and just started with GH3. I only hurt my wrist during my first encounter with HARD coz I had to use my pinky all the way to reach the oranger fret. IMO no pain, no gain...if you really want to get the hang if it, just give it some time, you'll get used to it.

Like Pitton said, you need to get an angle youre comfertable with. I know when I started hard mode on Gh3 before I bought Rock Band, I had it at such a high angle for comfert, everytime I had star power gained it would automatically go off. Lol, but it was comfertable so I didnt care. Now I can play Rock Band expert with no problems. Although if you have note after note after note it eventually takes a toll on your strumming wrist. Thats just a pain.

isn't the strap suppose to take all of the weight?

my hand is only there to position and press the buttons, not carry the guitar
