I'm just curious, who here is going to be purchasing Half Life 2: The Orange Box? It looks (and will be, obviously)like a great game and seems to be getting lost in the Halo 3/Mass Effect/ect. hype... Which is odd since it's such a great deal, Half Life 2, both episodes, Portal, and Team Fortress 2, all for $60. And I also put a poll in for good measure. :)

Actually, it's capable of higher resolution than HDrezzes when played on the computer just fyi. I understand what you're trying to say though, I suppose.
I have never played Half-life 2 and I'm looking forward to this as it appears to be an excellent deal with what appears to be quite a few good games included.
Episode two is all I really want but Team Fortress 2 looks like a game I will prolly end up playing more. Just like I bought half life 2 and now i spend more time playin CSS

i was gonna say the same thing but maybe he is referring to the original xbox version...
Played and beat hl2 and ep1. So for me I want everything else. Portal, tf2, and Ep2 all look amazing. But I am going to download them for pc as I played the others (and own the others) on pc.
I'm looking forward to replaying Half Life 2, and playing Ep. 1-2 for the first time. Also looking forward to Portal and Team Fortress alot as well. The whole package is exciting to me, especially at 60$.

Oy, that reminds me of people who dislike Max Payne after playing it only on the PS2. It's best not to judge a game by the lowest quality version available.

Technical issues were not my problem with the game. I just thought the pacing was off. There were times when I was just plain bored.
I'm looking forward to the whole package. I never played Half-Life 2 so I have that and both new episodes to play. Plus Team Fortress 2 looks like it'll be pretty fun. Portal looks like it might be good as a casual little puzzle game.
I've already played Half-Life 2 and Episode 1, so I'm most looking forward to Episode 2. Portal also looks like it'll be quite a bit of fun. I'm going to place a pre-order today. Can't believe I forgot when I went to pick up Bioshock. Got the rest of my list pre-ordered, though.
