beta is complete, just has bugs. Alpha is the one where gfx and such are not final. Im not saying its a bad game, MS put alot of money into making it good, just saying it doesnt look Famitsu ratings good.

Multiplayer graphics always... well most of the time look worser than the single player graphics. From what I have seen of the single player looks leaps and bounds better than the beta....or maybe I need my eyes checked. Regardless Famitsu is notorious for over rating games that is a fact. ut3 looks great but gears aint far behind and to be honest ut3 does not look stunning its just looks fantastic nothing the 360 cant do or the ps3. and gears is still the best looking game on the shelfs mate so its still looks stunning

one last thing when cliffy b was interviewed he was asked if he thought that gears was the best that the 360 could do he replied "i think that we could go a lot furthur with the platform" and in my personal opinion i think halo 3 looks better than gears

Honestly the only reason most of them hate Halo is because it's cool to like it. They think by hating on it there "invidualistic" when honestly it's become so popular to hate Halo its almost as common as the fanboys.

You obviously haven't seen the new gameplay vids or the leaked vids for that matter..the graphics are much much better

I agree... the beta didn't do much for me graphically, but Bungie has already said the MP graphics are better than the beta showed. AND, the Campaign graphisc are better than that... the SP graphics I have seen are VERY impressive..
In the end... graphics, gameplay, story... it doesn't matter how good or bad it is... this game is just gonna a sell A LOT... Not a big Halo fan, I'm more excited to the see the numbers (of sales) rather than playing the game... It's sad I know but I got caught in the hype... hahaha...
