CoD4 is seriously over-rated and becoming too popular. Pretty soon everyone will turn on it just as they did with Halo.

They will then move onto the next game they think is better and we'll get "(insert game here) is so much better than Call of Duty" threads popping up all over the place. BORING. Play what you like and stop trying to make everyone like the games you like.

The only people i know that think Halo sucks are the ones that sucked at it themselves,so they thought to themselves,"Well if i get owned on this game then I will give up,and find a new game".So they found a game that involves no skil at all,and is the same as COD 1&2,only difference is the graphics and the War.So obviously you two suck at Halo.AENEMA_TOOLOGY

thats funny lol..halo 3 sucks buddy get over it...and no i dont suck at halo 3, the games just sucks. you play over 935 matchmade games and your only a level 42? HAHAHAAH horrible...I played only 428 matchmade game and im a 40 in lone wolves, 43 in team slayer. and im good at cod4, i have a kill/death ratio of 1.88 in cod4....and in halo 3 i have a 1.22..woah higher than you!.......oh and in unreal tournament 3 i also rank 43 in the leaderboards, i used to rank 9th but i have a life and cant sit there all day..., its called skill buddy ;)...dont bash on others just cause they dont like halo 3 or others will do the same to you

Cod4 takes alot more skill and faster reflexes than halo BTW.

Sold my Halo 3 copy two days ago. With the money I got, I went to go and buy CoD4..... What happens? CoD4 is SOLD OUT, EVERYWHERE.

Tearing my hair out because I am so keen to play CoD.

call of duty 4 is by far the biggest bandwagon game right now, it is a good game but it is being way overblown by people on these boards acting like it is the messiah of online video games

it is for sure good online.. but trust that halo 3 will be played by more people and for far longer than call of duty 4 is

and I dont really see how those stats came anyway? seeing as how COD usually has maybe 80,000 to 130,000 people on, and that's just how many people are in social slayer in halo

but really though, most people that even bought COD4 are just hopping on the cod train that is right now, but it is in no way shape or form (at least to me) better than halo 3 online

COD is kinda like gears online, except a little better because of no crazy host advantage, presentation is ehhh and it doesnt really feel like im achieving anything.. at all

I played til like lv36 but I feel no reason to progress or anything especially cus you cant see anyone elses stats in a game, the only way is the leaderboard. also, prestige seems like a waste of time to me, cod4 online seems anchored on nothing

also its not a very fun game to play with friends aside from competitive split screen, cus the game has no coop play or even guests on xbox live... come on

ANNND i would definately say COD is the easier game online.. I know some of you would say something like "O face me" or w/e, but my K/D on COD4 is somethin like 1.86 and ive played enough games to buffer my kills and deaths

Halo 3 is way more competitive, at least from simply going online and joining a game. clan stuff im sure is much different
