Ive been playing halo 3 online and i've gotten my exp up to 30 by playing team slayer. But once i've reached 30 exp and became a "sargent grade 2" my exp has not risen at all even though i've won some games. Before after each game i'd gain exp, but now its stopped. Why havent I gained any expsince ive reached 30?
