Some guy invitied to me what looked like a coop game or something with 3 guys. But my name was blinking and below where it says start it blinked that one of the players didnt have a hardrive. I got one of those Arcade versions for 299. So whats the problem and how do i solve it.

Secondly, just curious when i enter one of the matches in halo say for example a guy named Master also has other copies named Master (1) Master (2), what is that suppose to mean, bots maybe?

Appreciate the help

Well apparently you have to have a harddrive to play the co-op campaign. And the numbers mean in paranthesis mean that those people are playing as guests on an account (they are all on the same screen).

Ok, I don;t think it'll let you play campaign when you don't have a hard drive, or so I would guess. Just get a memory card if you don;t got the cash. And the people with (1) (2) next to their names, those are guests.

You need a hardrive to play on co-op online

And when u sign a guest on, it puts your gamertag and [1] [2] depending on players

The 256MB is a memory card, not at harddrive. The harddrive's plug into the top of the Xbox and they come in 20GB and 120GB (soon to be a 60GB version as well).
