Are you seriously deciding on Team member based on their Gamerscore and achievements? xD
I know people that have 1300 for Halo and are HORRIBLE players.

Anyone that posts to join.. Type up their gamertag on Bungie. Their lifetime Halo 3 stats will appear.

You can see their K/D spread in Ranked and Social.
Their Medals, Kills with and Deaths by of Every weapon.

Basing your decision off of achievements is a crap idea to an extent.
