umm..that was in halo 3 so that wouldnt be new, and also this whole thread is worthless considering bungie is not working with Microsoft anymore it wont be on 360 or the "720" even if this game comes out, and (this is my last and) the teaser for halo 3 came out when in like 05 so just imagine (like John Lennon) how long a new one would take, but then again if bungie knows whats good for them theyd make another for the 360 so the fanboys dont riot outside there building

ive been thinking...i think Halo 4 is a very strong possibility for loads of reasons

1) the chief saiid "wake me if you need me"

2) on legendary there was the wreckage with the chief on it, it was heading towards a planet with life, as it had cities

3) bungie and MS split, and according to this site, said "we will continue to work on Halo"

i mean number 3 confirms that something will happen, wether its an annoucement or not, at E3 2008, probably, because Halo 4 would start off a new story, and im thinkin that planet is either Arbiters homeworld...or an alien race thats worse than covenant

No, not Halo 4. Halo is done, the Arc and the Halos are either destryoed or inactive. Adding to that story would be cheap and a way to ruin it even more (wasn't too happy with Halo 3's story). They could make Combat Evolved 2: *Insert a new title*. Again featuring the Master Chief. There is lots they can do with the universe, new fights against covenant remains, otyher aliens or a new spartan project. But I hope they won't use Halo in the title.

so what would they call it...."Master Chief Chronicles"?
