Mass Effect.

When I was getting interviewed by that woman on Citadel. She was too cocky, I selected "Shut her up" or something, and Shephard says something then **** slaps her. I think I laughed so much a tear came out of my eye :P

I know it's originally a genesis game, but I got it DLC on XBLA... The end credits of Sonic the Hedgehog 2... even to this day watching Sonic float down to earth with that music playing then Tails arrives in the heli to pick him up... i tear up EVERY time.

Resident Evil 5, ending the game and seeing that Claire wasn't in the game at all...

Street Fighter IV, watching Rose's ending... seriously

Gears of War, watching Kim get stabbed by Raam

UFC 2009 Undisputed has almost made me cry. I fought 30+ games and won just 3. I'm not very good at it I guess.

Maybe Mass Effect when you SPOILER have to choose whether Kaiden or Ashley will die.

bessy67

That was an easy choice. Never talked much with Kaiden.

lost odessy, those little stories about the guys memories always involved someone dying or something horrble happening, but then the stories got longer and longer and longer untill i couldnt stand them any more, then i sold the game, but that was also because i just didnt like it

oldhead666

ya, i agree. Some of those stories really get to you.

But when Kaim's daughter dies, with the little kids by her side, that part really touched me, and it brought a couple tears.

I am starting to enjoy games that have plenty of sad parts in it. Makes the story more believable rather than the usual cheerful rpg in which no one gets hurt and the main characters never have any problems. Besides some little "OMG you're mean" kiddy fights.

I got a lump in my throat when the girlfriend got shot in the head in The Darkness. She was the only happy part of the game, and she got wasted. Sad days indeed. No tears, but I was a little choked up.

Maybe if I was 12 years old and wanted to cry so I could brag about it on forums and pretend I actually played FF7 enough to see Aerith die and cry about that too.

Being serious though, I don't know of any games on 360 that are supposed to have a sad campaign other than Gears of War 2. I hated the campaign of that game and still haven't finished it but I love the multiplayer.

It doesn't just have to be sad tears. It could be from frustration, joy, laughing, whatever. I shed a few tears in absolute rageplaying Ninja Gaiden 2 a few times.

A game really shouldn't make you cry........seriously. I gotten mad at a game before, and then I took a break.
