I bought fable 2 yesterday and when I was playing it froze about once every 15 minutes. I was thinking about returning it, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it without returning the game.
Lionhead are aware of the freezing issues and a fix for that should be coming in the patch (which I think is coming same time as the DLC). I'd hold out until then, and if it still doesn't work just take it back.
Shouldnt the DLC be out later this month? I forget what they said on X-PlayShadowKid96
Yes the DLC comes out later this month. I have one character with all main and side quests finished except Gargoyles, so I've played the game a lot. I have never had a freeze, I've had plenty of slow down though. I would return your copy and if the problem persisted I would download and play the game from the hdd. I wish you the best of luck and I hope I don't scare you by telling you this but my first 360 froze up a lot a day or two before RRoD.
i dont know, i've had it installed onto the harddrive for a while now, so i cant remember if it ever did freeze before that. if you can, install it onto your harddrive, but if you can't im not sure what to tel you because most places wont take things back once you open them
