the only thing i regret is not buying it sooner, i was holding out for the ps3 which was then delayed so i bought a 360 and its superb. Ive never had a single problem with it. I've had disk read errors but thats always the disk (3 of us share our games in my house - NFSMW is on its last legs due to the sheer amount it gets played on).
I boughta ps3 a couple of months back, and owned it for approximately 2 days before selling it. It was the biggest waste of money ive ever spent, and im someone who's always owned sony consoles. It has a long way to go but im sure when the big exclusives come out (GOW3, shadow of the collosus), the freeview addon and the rumble pads come out and the price is more reasonble ( i have no interest in blueray or HDDVD to be honest so its not a selling point for me ), i will pick another one up. it has the potential to be superb, i just think they didnt get it sorted it time.
Sometimes I regret it and thought "should've waited for the PS3" but when I joined xbox live it changed....but after the free 2 months expired it changed once more.GTA 4 was suppose to make me buy a PS3 (hearing about its own "exclusive" storyline and extras)but since its been delayed I wont buy one.The consoles don't really matter to me as long as I can play it on a SD tv im fine. Yea the only time is when i really wanted a baseball game and played the demo of 2k7 only to see that its the worst baseball game ever created. Way to many homeruns, horrible camera, like 5 robbed HRs a game, and way too many glitches. Yes i want my mlb the show i had on my PS2. Man that was great.
But i can sacrafice the only game i truly want on the PS3 for all the great 360 titles.
I got mine the first day and was really disappointed with PGR3 and it froze a couple times, so yes I did regret spending that much money for a faulty system, now I love it especially with Gears and the Marketplace!
