I remember when i first bought my 360 every game i bought i was amazed by the graphics...i would spend time just walking around looking at everything...
now its been a year and i just noticed i dont even really look at the graphics anymore...i mean i notice them there..but nothing like when i first got it....its just become normal now....im starting to comment on games with bad graphics now....
If only i could go back in time and re-live that wonderful feeling!! :cry::cry:
Yes and no...now that all three platforms are out, next-gen is now current-gen. I was the same way, I've never been just a graphic guy but man when you play the 360 then anything else you feel as if you've been blind to gaming until now. Weird feeling I guess.

Everything that is new must grow old eventually..so I guess what you're experiencing is normal and natural. I've had my 360 for about 8 months I enjoy the console..I don't necessarily criticize it..

LoL it says ur playing halo 3 in ur gt Slightly off topic but yeah it does, any reason is that Alpha thing or Beta or whatever >_> Anyway to the main question i know what you mean it seems great somtimes, but then i just don't always tend to notice like i don't notice how many more enemies are on screen at once now on Dead Rising or How impressivly huge the akrids on Lost Planet Are.
OH right you said above about the Hl3 thing i wasnt looking properly.
i was starting too a few months after i got Gears, but a few days ago i got lost planet, and wow, that game is awesome, it feels new, and has great visuals and everything, and the online is superb, i can imagine ill be feeling it again when i get bioshock or assassins creed
graphics aren't everything guys! don't forget about the upgraded AI, sound, controls, etc. I am still very impressed with the next gen ability, and it will only get better. Gears really brought my hopes up with all of the above components and taking them to the next level. hopefully other developers will follow and we will have more great looking, great sounding, and fun games.
I kinda was until I played Crackdown. Standing on top of the HQ and realizing how amazing the draw distance was really made me appreciate thr next gen.
