i dont know why but everytime i try to get this achievement, i cant seem to get it. i get to the last room, expecting to get after i shoot the last tvs and i havent gotten it yet. anyone else have this problem?
Yes, but it's because that's not the only level with the tv's, and even on that level, there are some tv's in other locations. I'm pretty sure they're scattered throughout the game.
yeah, but i dont think it works like a collective thing. the tvs reset each time you replay the level, therefore, they wouldnt work in such a way. plus, ive only ever seen another tv on the first level.
I tried twice to get this achievement and just gave up. Unless towards the beginning of this mission you can go into different houses and shoot out THEIR TVs than this achievement is not possible. I had taken out EVERY ONE of those TVs in the station (checked every single room multiple times) and I still didn't get it. Good luck to everyone else.

No thats not it. Theyre all on that one level. There are 2 TVs in the first building you enter and 2 TVs hidden in town before you get to the TV station. Make sure you get those. Look herefor help.

ZGo to teh level CHARLIE DONT SURF all the tvs are on this level, there are 4 in buildings outside teh main TV station...the rest are hanging on the walls...in the final room, in the big room or above computers in that big building the 4 outside...2 are in teh first building you go in....one is in a hidden sniper post and teh otehr is on teh roof of teh building after the truck
im just going to play through the level on easy until i get it. i may as well try to save as much time as possible, seeing as this achievement is proving unnecessarily hard

I did it on my first try on easy following that guide. Just make sure you get the 4 TVs outside the studio first than when your inside just blast through it up until before you enter the final room. Than just go back and find any ones you missed. I was obsessive about it, I must have checked 5 times to make sure I got every one. The guide also helps you with TVs that are easy to miss.
