Help I keep disconnecting

I am always disconnecting from X box live throughout the day. It seems to happen more in the morning and afternoon then at night. Sometimes it disconnects me every ten minutes other times its every hour. I have a high speed broadband connection with a sonic wall router. I am plugged directly in ( no wireless). Anyone have any ideas of why this happens and how I can fix it?

i had a problem like that where it would disconnect me after 5 minutes of being on LIVE. I would suggest that you do the XBOX's suggestions. It told me to set the IP address settings to automatic and it worked.

It already set at automatic. It has to be something else.

is any1 else on the computer while u play cuz sometimes that messes me up

Yah 2 people are also online at the same time. But They are wireless and I plug directly into the Xbox. I hope I can fix this, I hate when People think i Quit but it's really my connection.
