I am going to get an Xbox 360 for my younger brothers and I. I'm not particularly rich so I was wondering if there is any "best" place to get an Xbox 360 or a good deal out there. Thanks in advance.

360's are the same price at any retailer. You may find a used one for less on Ebay or craigslist - but you are asking for problems if you get a used one usually.

It's funny but there is a guy I just responded to - looking at trading in or getting rid of his 360 Arcade. Not sure if that is a model you would want or not - but you may talk to him. I posted a link to his thread below:

The prices on a new console will be the same anywhere you go but...

If you go onto newgg.com or tigerdirect.com you will might find them for somewhat cheaper. However if your parents are unwilling to lend you their credit card or you do not have one of your own you will need to purchase your own pre-paid visa or the like.

Besides that there is the option of getting a refurbished one but like previously mentioned it will probably have some issues.

I am not sure if you were thinking of buying a new or second had one. I think that in terms of a new one Amazon seem decently priced. I am assuming that you were only considering the arcade or priemium packages as the Elite is the most expensive. I think the arcade version is actually cheaper than the wii (at least on the UK site). But from what I understand you would need the harddrive in order to play on Xbox live. I am note sure how safe it is to get a second hand one with the issues of RROD.
