I was hoping Someone can tell me what is the best way to complain to microsoft about being unsatisfied with the 360 services. My system recently died after i had it a year and 20 days. Therefore i paid to get it fixed but then wrote a letter complainig about it. I got no reply and then the referbished system i got back was still broken. The agent then told me the best thing to do was to send an email explaining the situation. Well  all i got back was a generic email saying "thanks for the input". I've heard stories about people getting free stuff aftter going through junk like this and was wondering how they did so. Thanks

You can complain about it but they won't do anything with it. It's just bad luck you're Xbox died shortly after the warranty expired. However, if you paid to get it fixed you get a new warranty. So under that warranty you can now get you're broken Xbox repaired for free. That's all you can do.
